The Crafty Bride

Recently I had the privilege to photograph a wedding for a great Bride & Groom Jessica & Greg. I was so excited and honored when they asked me to be their photographer and even more excited when she told me the venue was the Grand Bohemian in Downtown! This venue if you’re never visited is decked out in the most gorgeous mix of colors, funky furniture and art from all different artists and bonus it’s attached to a Starbucks! Could you get anymore better?! Needless to say it was the perfect setting for my Bride! The day of the wedding she pulls up with these beautiful bouquets of flowers and am blown away when she tells me she’s made them herself! Not only that but she pretty much designed her whole wedding and I love a Crafty Bride! However, It makes me extremely jealous that I have not one crafty bone in my body!
Getting to spend a whole day with Jessica and Greg was such a fun experience & it’s a real rarity when everyone makes your feel like part of the day instead of just another vendor. Sharing pizza and laughter with Jessica’s family and getting to see the special bond between the selected special few that attended the intimate affair is what makes me love this job so much!
